Our process
From raw yarn to finished fabric
Each stage of weaving is handled in sequence, from thread selection and warping through active loom work to inspection before shipment.
Production sequence
How a run is made
01
Yarn preparation
Thread is selected for the fabric specification, then wound and warped onto the beam with precise tension control.
02
Loom weaving
The loom is set up for the required density and structure, and weaving is monitored continuously to keep the cloth stable.
03
Finishing and inspection
Every roll is inspected during finishing and checked before it is packaged for trade shipment.
